Orb’s Commercial Solectric systems provide power to our commercial customers, whether in remote locations without the grid, or in urban settings for reliable back-up. These systems are installed by Orb’s world class team of engineers, skilled at large, complex system design and installations.
Orb serves a variety of commercial customers who require Solectric systems. These include builders and developers, large infrastructure companies, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, etc.
Whatever the establishment however, they are the same in prioritizing reliability of power. They want to have their own independent power supply, irrespective of the grid. And they are choosing solar over the conventional alternatives like diesel generator sets.

Orb’s Commercial Solectric system sizes vary, but are typically between 1 kilowatt and 10 kilowatts peak in size. Systems generally deploy poly-crystalline modules, but can make use of whatever solar module the customer prefers.
Commercial Solectric systems use high efficiency inverters and a battery bank, to store the energy for later use. Where required, Orb will also provide energy efficient lights with the system.

Orb’s Commercial Solectric systems are designed to displace diesel generator sets, and battery inverter systems. They are ideal for commercial establishments wishing to ensure that their lights, their computers, their fans, etc., work on a reliable and consistent basis.
Orb specializes in tailor making the system to our customer’s precise requirements. The installation is carried-out by Orb’s highly trained team of engineers, who specialize in commercial installations, and who will provide free after-sales service for the first year. After that our commercial customers are encouraged to purchase an annual maintenance contract.
