AFTER SALES SERVICE
Orb’s primary concern is with the customer’s experience of solar energy. Key to that is a quality product, and skilled installation.
But beyond the product and the installation, solar systems benefit from reliable after-sales service. That is why Orb organizes free preventative maintenance visits in the first year to ensure the system is working optimally.
If a customer requires immediate after-sales service to rectify a fault, they can visit our nearest branch, or call our customer care number on +91 9900520505. An Orb technician will visit within 48 hours of a complaint. If the system requires additional spare parts, rectification of the problem should happen within 7 days.
In addition, Orb offers customers who have bought directly from its branch network a chance to buy an annual maintenance contract (AMC). Customers can buy on a yearly basis, or they can also buy a 4-year AMC at the time of purchase. Since the first year is provided free, customers get a 4+1 AMC – for a total of 5 years. Orb’s AMC includes free call-out whenever required and free preventative maintenance visits. Parts are extra.
